Have you ever been caught on the field of play by someone chasing you?
Have you ever been run past on the field?
Have you sat on the bench because someone is faster than you?
If you are interested in gaining speed and training with a World-class strength and conditioning coach, then this is the most exciting message you'll ever read!
The XCEL Lacrosse Pre-Season Program contains a blend of the most fun and effective Lacrosse exercises, used by college teams from across the country. These exercises are explained through coach demonstrations that are complimented by scripted commentary regarding the purposes behind the motions. These drills are designed to deliver an exhausting work-out that will keep players so active that they will leave feeling like a game just ended. Select drills are designed to simulate competitive situations through contests and live-action scrimmages.
The XCEL Lacrosse Pre-Season Program has coaches for every position and provides everyone the opportunity to receive individual attention. The Pre-Season Program includes individualized skill assessments, game rules and strategy tutorials, positioning and field-spacing instruction, basic stick skills refinement, competitive drills, and scrimmages. Additionally, a critical component of Lacrosse Training Clinics is to impart on our players the importance of integrity, sportsmanship, dedication, hard work and leadership while on and off the field. This targeted off-season instruction and playing-time will ultimately advance the technical quality of any freshman, junior varsity and varsity high school players in the area.
