We Are Now Taking Registrations For Our 2013 XCEL Boys Pre-Season Lacrosse and Conditioning Program!

5 Weeks/3 Days A Week - 15 Sessions – 22.5 Hours of Lacrosse Training! ALL FOR $350.00

XCEL LACROSSE TRAINING is excited to announce its 8th season of Pre-Season Training. We have been working hard to come up with a top notch program that will improve your stick skills, footwork, hand-eye coordination, strength, speed, power and agility... guaranteed.

DATES: February 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27, and 28 (Tues., Wed. and Thurs.)
March 5, 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14. (Tues., Wed. and Thurs.) 
TIMES: 8PM to 9:30PM

COST: $350.00 (per player) 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Stick, gloves, helmet, arm-pads, shoulder pads, mouth piece, sneakers or molded cleats (no metal cleats) and water.

GENERAL INFO: Lacrosse Performance's XCEL Training Program: Each week of our 4 week program consists of four sessions. Our program is designed this way to properly train players for the rigors of the up-coming season. Our unique lacrosse training program will help you reach your lacrosse potential and make an impact this spring. A lacrosse training program must be carefully balanced with the rigors of one of the most strenuous team sports. The sport requires the physical and performance qualities of most other sports combined. Players must possess strength, power, speed, agility and endurance. Players are almost constantly moving as they attempt to maneuver the ball into the goal.

We will help you focus on the important aspects of your game and achieve your personal and performance goals.

WHAT TO EXPECT
If you want to be a stand out athlete, you need lightning quick agility.
Whether you are trying to elude a defender or trying to stop your opponent dead in their tracks, agility is KEY for athletic dominance. And simply doing a few cone drills is no longer enough. You need a full library of agility-only workouts.

Each session will be divided up into two segments. The first segment will focus on Speed and Agility training. You will be trained by certified full-time performance trainers at XCEL’s world class facilities using proven techniques to help you reach your maximum athletic abilities. While the other segment will focus on stick skills, footwork and other lacrosse specific skills with our very talented coaching staff
 

Each XCEL Pre-Season Training session will include a Dynamic Warm-Up and a Movement component. The Dynamic Warm-Up will incorporate general mobility, muscle activation and performance preparation exercises in a 15 minute segment to ready the athletes for the work to follow. The Movement Segment will include 30 minutes of movement skill, energy system development and sport specific strength and power to improve the performance of lacrosse players of every level.
