At XCEL we've taken solid fundamentals and reduced them to a series of physical motions. Each movement has been refined to produce the best game result. Our players practice all the movements until they become involuntary. We study every player. Bad habits are corrected. Then their movements are modified based on age, gender and ability. Finally the players combine motions into moves and then plays. Coupled with rigorous conditioning and motivational talks in an atmosphere of personal warmth and encouragement, our atheletes become the most complete players they an be.

LACROSSE TRAINING PROGRAMS
XCEL offers four week training sessions in the sport of lacrosse. Gear up for the upcoming lacrosse season with the XCEL Lacrosse Training Program. This year we are featuring a new 4 week format to better prepare players for the rigors of their season. The XCEL Lacrosse Training Program couples athletic training (agility, endurance, speed, and strength) related to the specific movements and demands of the game with high level lacrosse instruction.
XCEL camps can help any young player excel. Although we are not currently offering camps of our own we have recommended a few camps that we feel are of a good value and are of the highest quality.
Our Lacrosse Coaches Clinics are designed for the youth lacrosse coach and the new high school coach that wants to get the most out of their coaching experience. During our 3-hour clinics, we offer professional advice to coaches who want to maximize their coaching experience. We will announce our dates this winter, check back for the announcement.
